FEDSA National Applauds Ibeju Lekki Chairman for Environmental Sustainability Efforts

Kakalistiq.com reports that the Federation of Association of Epe Division Students Association (FEDSA) National has extended its heartfelt appreciation to Hon. Abdullahi Sesan, Chairman of Ibeju Lekki Local Government, for his exceptional commitment to environmental sustainability.

Comrade Adesanya Ibrahim, President of FEDSA in an interview on Thursday, lauded the chairman’s pioneering initiatives aimed at enhancing environmental cleanliness. “His administration’s initiatives, including the clearance of refuse dump sites and the establishment of the Cleaner Ibeju Lekki Initiative, demonstrate a laudable and exemplary dedication to environmental cleanliness and sustainability. We applaud his efforts in making Ibeju Lekki a beacon of progress,” Ibrahim stated.

Highlighting the innovative measures introduced by the chairman, Ibrahim pointed out the Keke Jaja waste collection program. This initiative, which employs tricycles for waste collection, underscores Hon. Abdullahi Sesan’s commitment to environmental stewardship. “The introduction of the Keke Jaja waste collection program further reinforces Hon. Abdullahi Sesan’s commitment to environmental stewardship. This initiative, coupled with the forthcoming launch of a comprehensive waste management scheme, underscores the chairman’s resolve to make Ibeju Lekki a beacon of progress and a model for environmental sustainability,” he added.

In concluding his remarks, Ibrahim and the FEDSA National body praised Hon. Abdullahi Sesan’s tireless efforts and unwavering dedication to creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for the benefit of all citizens. “His leadership and vision are commendable, and we look forward to continued collaboration and support in the pursuit of environmental excellence,” Ibrahim concluded.
