Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa expressed his sympathy, describing Alhaja Bankole as a dedicated and loyal sister to the party. Emphasizing self-reflection and moral integrity, Mr Speaker advised, “You have to judge yourself, don’t allow someone to judge you. Ask yourself if you are right, if you have done something good for others. Continue to ask yourself every day. Listen to others; let them continue to pass comments about you, about your deeds. If you hear good things, you are on the right path. If you hear bad comments, look inwards and adjust your lifestyle.”
