In a significant leadership reshuffle, kakalistiq.com reports that NASRDA’s Director General, Dr. Matthew Adepoju has appointed Epe native, Engr. Dr. Sikiru Aiyeola Yommy as the new Director of Space Regulation and Spectrum Management at the National Space Research and Development Agency (NARSDA). The appointment, which takes effect on July 18, 2024, was announced yesterday in a statement signed by Kachalla Kennedy from the Media & Corporate Communications Unit.
Recognized for his exceptional brilliance and administrative prowess, Dr. Aiyeola has previously led the Satellite Systems Department at the Centre for Satellite Technology Development (CSTD) in Abuja. His promotion is a testament to his outstanding contributions and performance in the 2023 promotion exercise.
Dr. Sadiq Abubakar Umar, Director/CEO of CSTD, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Adepoju for entrusting this critical leadership role to Dr. Aiyeola, and extended his congratulations.

They include Hajia Bilkisu Talatu Ahmed, Dr. John Momoh, Dr. Ikpaya David Ikpaya, Dr. Iliya Solomon Zakwoi, Dr. Aiyeola Sikiru Yommy, Dr. Yusuf Olatunbosun, and Dr. Sanusi Muhammed.
