The ceremony brought together notable figures from the community, including Alhaji Chief Tajudeen Moninuola Agoro, the Otun-Sarumi of Epe Kingdom; Chief Lamidi Edu, Baale Idoho; and Alhaji Wasiu Anifowose, Chairman of the Mogajis in Isale-Agoro. In an interview, High Chief Tajudeen Moninuola Agoro underscored the importance of the event as a moment of gratitude and reflection. “This gathering is a way to thank God for His blessings and to pray for the upliftment of sons and daughters of Isale-Agoro. We pray for health, wealth, and much more for our people, as well as long life for the Olu-Epe,” he said. High Chief Agoro also celebrated the Olori, who recently marked her 80th birthday, and emphasized the need for love, cooperation, and prioritizing education for the community’s youth.
“We need much love and cooperation. For our little children, let us encourage them to focus on their studies and value education. It is because of education that many of our children are in higher places today. We want more of them to excel and less of bad character. Let them face their studies and achieve much better,” he urged.
