Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA Nears Completion of Samson Adeniyi Street Reconstruction

kakalistiq.com reports that the final phase of the much-anticipated road rehabilitation on Samson Adeniyi Street, Agbowa, is now underway as the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, Otunba-Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, alongside Vice Chairman Alhaji Wasiu Dehinsilu, officially flagged off the last asphalt laying.

The project, which commenced on October 10, 2024, is a testament to the administration’s commitment to delivering durable infrastructure. It features high-quality asphalt paving, well-structured drainage systems, and other enhancements designed to improve road longevity and accessibility.

Samson Adeniyi Street serves as a vital link to key facilities, including Agbowa General Hospital, the Magistrate Court, Methodist Primary School, and the Agbowa Police Station.

Previously in a deplorable state, the road posed significant challenges for residents and commuters. Now, with its transformation near completion, it is set to enhance connectivity, ease movement, and improve the overall quality of life for the community.

In a symbolic display of hands-on leadership, Otunba-Akogun Anomo personally operated the asphalt roller, reinforcing his administration’s dedication to infrastructural development. “This road is more than just a project; it is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to the people of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA,” he stated.

Residents have commended the swift execution and quality of the work, expressing appreciation for the proactive leadership and visible development under Otunba-Akogun Anomo’s administration.
