Rep. Wale Raji Urges Winners to Deliver on Mandate as APC Sweeps Epe Division in Local Polls.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has secured a landslide victory in the just-concluded local government elections across Epe Division, with wins in Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, and key LCDAs.

Celebrating the triumph in a press statement, Rep. Wale Raji, Member of the House of Representatives for Epe Federal Constituency, commended the elected officials and councillors, calling their re-election a “powerful vote of confidence” from the people.

The APC dominated the polls, amassing a total of 159,818 votes across the division. Key winners include Hon. Princess Surah Animashaun (Epe LG), Hon. Otunba Wale Raji Anomo (Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA), Hon. Ismail Akinloye (Eredo LCDA), Hon. Sesan Olowa (Ibeju-Lekki LG), and Hon. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (Lekki LCDA), alongside their deputies and councillors.

Raji, however, stressed that the victory comes with greater responsibility. “This is not a time to relax but to rededicate yourselves to service,” he said. “The people’s mandate must translate into visible development, better governance, transformed communities, and improved lives.”

He urged the officials to make their second term more impactful than the first, warning that the electorate would expect measurable progress by the end of their tenure.

“Let’s get to work,” Raji declared, signalling that the real task of delivering on campaign promises begins now.
