kakalistiq.com reports that Barrister Olayinka Oladunjoye, Lagos State representative of the National Population Commission, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following her appointment as a member of the Venue Sub-Committee for the 2026 National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In a statement announcing her appointment, Oladunjoye described the development as both an honour and a call to service, saying she received the news “with deep gratitude and a profound sense of responsibility.”

She openly thanked the President and the party leadership for the confidence reposed in her, noting: “I sincerely thank the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the leadership of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, for the confidence reposed in me.” She added that the opportunity to serve at this stage of the party’s growth was one she did not take lightly.

Oladunjoye assured party members and stakeholders of her readiness to contribute meaningfully to the success of the convention, stressing: “I assure you of my total commitment and dedication as we work diligently to ensure a well-planned, seamless, and highly successful National Convention.”
She further pledged close collaboration with the Chairman of the Venue Sub-Committee, the Executive Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, and other members of the team, declaring: “I look forward to working closely with the Chairman of the Committee alongside other distinguished members of the committee to deliver excellence.”
Reaffirming her commitment to the party’s future, Oladunjoye concluded that collective effort would justify the trust placed in the committee, stating: “Together, we shall justify this confidence and further strengthen our great party for the future.”
