Eredo LCDA Hit by Devastating Rainstorm, Chairman Pledges Immediate Relief. 

Kakalistiq.com reports that on Thursday, June 7, 2024, in the afternoon, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, visited the storm-stricken communities of Poka and Noforija. The severe rainstorm had caused significant damage and loss, affecting numerous residents.
During his visit, Hon. Akinloye expressed profound sympathy for those impacted. “I am deeply moved by the devastation I have seen today,” he said, extending his heartfelt thoughts to the affected families and individuals.
Hon. Akinloye assured the residents of swift action. “We are committed to ensuring that you receive the support you need to recover and rebuild,” Akinloye affirmed, promising to report the situation to the state government to secure necessary assistance.
Jubril Idris, Chief Press Secretary, reported that the Chairman emphasized the local government’s collaboration with state authorities to provide relief, bringing hope and reassurance to the communities during this challenging time.
