Eredo LCDA Unwraps Joy: Mrs. Ismail Oyinloluwa Hosts 2023 Children’s Christmas and New Year Funfair

In a festive atmosphere filled with joy and anticipation, reports that Mrs. Ismail Christianah Oyinloluwa, the wife of the Executive Chairman of Eredo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), unwrapped joy in the form of empowerment programs and juvenile celebration at the 2023 Children’s Christmas and New Year Funfair. The event took place on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at the Council Secretariat.

In her warm address filled with a spirit of gratitude, Mrs. Oyinloluwa expressed her delight in welcoming everyone to the special occasion, thanking Almighty God for His grace and continuous mercies that allowed them to partake in the celebration.

Emphasizing the commitment of the present administration to the well-being and care of children within the LCDA, Mrs. Oyinloluwa highlighted the importance of celebrating with the young ones during the festive season. She assured the attendees that the day’s celebration would be filled with fun and engaging activities designed to bring joy to all.

Addressing the parents, Mrs. Oyinloluwa acknowledged the challenges posed by the harsh economy and commended their dedication to the upbringing of their children. She prayed for God’s strength and provision for their needs.

To the children, Mrs. Oyinloluwa encouraged a diligent approach to their studies, urging them to become ambassadors in their homes, schools, communities, and the state. She issued a stern plea for the children to reject societal ills such as cultism, drug abuse, rape, and hooliganism that could jeopardize their future aspirations.

Expressing a commitment to the welfare of neighbors, the elderly, and the less privileged, Mrs. Oyinloluwa announced that the widow mite and empowerment programs would be extended to them during the celebration.

Gratitude was extended to Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, the Executive Chairman, the Executive Committee, the Legislative Arm, the Management Staff, committed sponsors and donors, and the people of Eredo LCDA for their unwavering commitment to the success of the program.
