Lagos GAC Member, Epe Political Leaders Commend Rep. Wale Raji for Transparent Distribution of FG’s Grain Palliative.

In a show of appreciation for the transparent and impactful leadership of Rep. Wale Raji, kakalistiq.com reports that Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu, a member of the Lagos Governors Advisory Council (GAC) and Epe Divisional Leader, expressed gratitude during an address to the people of Epe Federal Constituency on Sunday, March 10th, 2024. He commended Rep. Wale Raji for his exemplary performance in delivering the Federal Government’s grain palliative initiative initiated by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to alleviate economic hardship.

Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu highlighted the importance of honesty and accountability in political leadership, emphasizing that Rep. Wale Raji’s dedication to serving the people of Epe was evident in his commitment to transparently distributing the grain palliative.

“When someone does not deliver, we must tell him. When in Lagos and even in the presence of the President, I am always proud that Wale Raji, Tobun Abiodun, Ogunkelu Dahunsi, and Princess Surah are doing their best, even though one cannot satisfy everyone. I have children who are educated, but I did not fit them into political leadership positions because of the overall interest of the community,” he said.

He urged constituents to continue supporting Rep. Wale Raji and other political officeholders, emphasizing the need for unity and solidarity in advancing the development agenda of the community. Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu also acknowledged the unflinching support of traditional rulers, including the Oloja of Epe and the Olu-Epe of Epe, in contributing to community development.

In an interview, Hon. Kehinde Adeniyi echoed Alhaji Akanni Seriki Bamu’s sentiments, praising Rep. Wale Raji’s integrity and sincerity of purpose. He commended the President for the grain palliative initiative and emphasized its significant impact on livelihoods across all political wards in the Epe federal constituency. Hon. Adeniyi congratulated constituents on benefiting from the palliative and urged continued support for the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Similarly, Hon. Ogunkelu Dahunsi, the member representing Lagos State House of Assembly, Epe constituency, and Hon. Ayo Odeyemi (WASTAB), reiterated the commendations for Rep. Wale Raji’s office for the seamless distribution of the palliative. They emphasized the importance of patience amidst economic challenges and encouraged political party loyalists to steadfastly support the government’s initiatives under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership.
