As Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA marks the beginning of a new political journey with the inauguration of its 6th Legislative Council and the re-election of its Chairman, kakalistiq.com reports that Hon. Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, respected party elders have offered words of wisdom to guide the administration toward a truly successful and people-focused tenure.
In his advisory remarks at the victory celebration, Rt. Hon. Jokotola Pelumi, former Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, urged Chairman Anomo to build on the solid foundation laid in his first term and raise the bar of performance.
“You’ve done well in your first term, but the expectations are now even higher. Deliver more. Lead better. Let your second term speak louder in the lives of the people,” he said.
Also speaking at the event, Hon. Wasiu Odeyemi (WASTAB), APC Apex Leader in Epe Constituency II, praised Anomo’s dedication to grassroots development but emphasized the need for stronger collaboration between the people and the government.

“The future of Ikosi-Ejinrin is bright, but we must work together. Mr. Chairman, stay close to the people. Stay consistent. Let your leadership reflect in every corner of this LCDA,” he advised.
Both elders encouraged Hon. Anomo to uphold transparency, unity, and a results-driven approach that will inspire trust among residents, urging the councillors to legislate in the people’s best interest.
Their message is simple but clear: lead with vision, govern with heart, and make this tenure unforgettable for the right reasons.
