AK Restoration Foundation Celebrates Oloja of Epe’s 80th Birthday and 25th Enthronement with Humanitarian Outreach

kakalistiq.com reports that the AK Restoration Foundation marked the 80th birthday and 25th enthronement anniversary of the Oloja of Epe Land, HRM Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun, Arolugbade Elepe II, with a noble humanitarian outreach that included food palliative distribution, a medical mission, an award presentation, and the inauguration of Epe branch executives.

Speaking at the event held at his palace on Thursday, February 13, 2025, Oba Animashaun praised the foundation’s commitment to community development and pledged his unwavering support. You have a good mission, and it must be supported. I assure you of my full backing in every effort to transform lives in Epe,” the monarch stated. He also emphasized his willingness to facilitate government support for projects benefiting the people.

Founder of AK Restoration Foundation, Mr. Akeem Ishola, outlined the foundation’s mission to uplift the less privileged through quarterly medical outreaches, educational programs, agricultural initiatives, and youth empowerment through sports tournaments. He expressed his appreciation to the Oloja of Epe for fostering an environment conducive to investment and development, acknowledging the monarch’s leadership as a catalyst for progress in the community.

The celebration featured cultural performances by students of Ogunmodede Senior College, a health talk, free medical check-ups, and palliative distribution, all of which were lauded by Hon. Tunde Ogunkoya, representing Princess Surah Animashaun, the Epe LG Chairman. The foundation also presented an award of honour to Mrs. Funke Alaka, recognizing her exceptional contributions to the community.

The event culminated in the official inauguration of the Epe branch executives, including Mrs. Funke Alaka (Coordinator), Mr. Modiu Sikiru (Secretary), Alhaja Shabi Aminat (PRO), Mrs. Ijaodola Kafayat, Mr. Adekoya Nurudeen, and Mrs. Simbiat Adepoju. Beneficiaries of the foundation’s initiatives expressed heartfelt gratitude, underscoring the impact of AK Restoration Foundation’s commitment to humanitarian services and community progress.
