Speaking at the vibrant 2024 Ileri Oluwa New Year Party held on Sunday, January 5, 2025, in Odomola Kingdom, Eredo LCDA, Lagos State, Hon. Akinloye expressed his gratitude to residents and stakeholders for their unwavering support. The event, graced by key figures in society, featured colorful aso-ebi attires, lively music, and a display of cultural elegance.

“As we step into this new year, I assure you that I will remain committed to delivering the dividends of democracy to the good people of Eredo LCDA and beyond. Together, we will build a community we can all be proud of,” Hon. Akinloye declared.

Reflecting on the overwhelming turnout, he added, “I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the massive show of love and unwavering support displayed during the 2024 Ileri Oluwa New Year Party. Your presence, prayers, and loyalty far exceeded my expectations, and I am deeply humbled by your kindness.”

The Alara of Ilara Kingdom, HRM Oba Dr. Olukayode Ogunsanwo, lauded Hon. Akinloye’s leadership, describing the past year as one of groundbreaking achievements. “I urge him to build on this success in the new year,” he said.

Similarly, the Omola of Odomola Kingdom, HRM Oba Sulaiman Adebowale, expressed optimism for even greater dividends of democracy across all sectors in the coming year.

Residents also spoke highly of the Chairman’s performance. Mr. Salami Rotimi praised Hon. Akinloye for his integrity and developmental strides, stating, “The Chairman has improved the status of Eredo as a whole and aided the development of schools, markets, and more.”

He also acknowledged key political figures, including Hon. Ogunkelu Sylvester, Member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Epe Constituency II, and Hon. Wale Raji Anomo, Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, among others. He praised the collective efforts of the Eredo LCDA Executive Council, Legislative Arm, and Apex Women Leaders for their contributions to the event’s success.
