kakalistiq.com reports that two newly completed school projects facilitated by Rep. Wale Raji, the lawmaker representing Epe Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, are set to be officially commissioned tomorrow, Thursday, April 24, 2025.

The commissioning ceremonies will be graced by traditional and community leaders, including the revered Oloja of Epe, HRM Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun; the Olu-Epe, HRM Oba Dr. Shefiu Adewale and Governance Advisory Council Member, Alhaji Akanni Seriki (Bamu). Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) Chairman, Dr. Hakeem Shittu, serves as the Chief Host of the commissioning and handing over ceremony.

The projects include the construction and furnishing of two blocks of six classrooms each with toilets at Anglican Primary School, Ebute Afuye, and another block of six classrooms at Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School, Alawaye. Both buildings are set to enhance learning conditions for pupils and teachers.

According to Hon. Raji’s office, these projects were initiated in direct response to pressing demands from residents, particularly the Ebute Afuye community, which had long awaited the relocation of their school from a temporary site to a more conducive and permanent location.

The developments bring the total number of classrooms facilitated by the lawmaker to over 154 across the Epe Federal Constituency, marking a milestone in his ongoing commitment to grassroots development and educational upliftment.
The commissioning schedule is as follows:
I. Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School, Alawaye, Epe. Time: 10:00 a.m.
II. Anglican Primary School, Ebute Afuye, Epe. Time: 12:00 p.m.
