Applauding the initiative’s impact, Gbadamosi declared, “This type of program that you have brought to Epe, despite being an affiliate, is commendable. Today, we have seen a son of the soil who has brought a registered institution of higher learning to the local government.”

He noted that he had no choice but to keep his word and attend the event despite a demanding schedule. “I am glad to honour this occasion. It shows the weight this milestone carries. I had to be here myself. Every other engagement could wait,” he stated, affirming the importance of the institution’s arrival in the educational landscape of Epe.

The chairman turned his attention to the students and parents who had enrolled in the pioneering class, praising their faith in the program’s potential. “To our new students and their parents, thank you for believing in this vision as initiated by Professor Tola. I want to assure you that by the next matriculation, this venue will be filled up. We will do everything to make sure more people in our community benefit from this opportunity.”

Reflecting on the unwavering efforts behind the scenes, the APC chair praised the Provost, Professor Tola’s commitment. “I’m particularly excited about this development because Prof. Tola’s resilience has borne fruit. He clearly has the community’s best interests at heart. His push to improve access to education in our locality deserves every bit of recognition.”

The chairman concluded with a hopeful blessing: “When you educate people, you uplift your community. By God’s grace, this light will shine brighter.”

Notable attendees at the event included the Registrar, Mrs. Faith Omotayo-Tola; Rev. Tola; Epe LGA APC Publicity Secretary, Hon.
