The convener of the event, during a phone chat, Comrade Mahruf Odunare, a member of the Lagos State Youth Parliament representing Epe Constituency I, revealed this information to our news medium. Under the theme “Eyin Ni Di Akuko: Empowering Tomorrow’s Men,” Comrade Odunare expressed confidence in Mr. Falana’s suitability for the role, citing his impressive credentials and extensive experience in community development within Lagos State.

He highlighted Mr. Falana’s academic excellence, holding a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Economic Cybernetics from Kharkiv National University of Radio-Electronics, Ukraine, and a Master’s degree in Public Management from Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo. Comrade Odunare also acknowledged Mr. Falana’s entrepreneurial spirit, noting his founding of Ohjay Group in 2017, which has become a prominent name in construction and project planning management.
Comrade Odunare further emphasized Mr. Falana’s significant contributions to public service, particularly his appointment by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in August 2022 as a Board Member in charge of Basic Education Quality Assurance at Lagos SUBEB. He praised Mr. Falana’s proactive approach to his responsibilities, highlighting his achievement as the youngest Permanent Board Member at Lagos SUBEB and his commitment to improving educational standards across the state.
