At the Presidential Villa in Abuja, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has started his formal duties.
The President was received at the door to his office by Vice President Kashim Shettima and a few other notable government figures, including Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila and the Permanent Secretary of the State House, Tijjani Umar.
The receiving party also featured Hon. James Faleke, Mr. Dele Alake, the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), and Mr. Wale Edun, the former Lagos Commissioner for Finance.
On his arrival at the office, President Tinubu reportedly planned to meet with the NNPCL boss, Kyari, and Emefiele to discuss the impending gasoline issue.
