APC Set to Storm Agboyi-Ketu, Ikosi-Isheri LCDAs and Kosofe LG, Slates June 30 for Mega Rally Ahead of LG Election.

kakalistiq.com reports that the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos East, in a bold and unified stride toward the upcoming Local Government elections, has announced a mega rally involving three key councils, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, and Kosofe Local Government, as part of a grassroots campaign strategy to galvanize support and reaffirm the party’s developmental agenda for the area.

The announcement was made in a statement signed by Hon. Yeye Olusanya Olayinka, the APC Vice Chairman for Lagos East Senatorial District. According to the statement, the highly anticipated mega rally is scheduled to hold on Monday, 30th June, 2025, at CMD Road, Ikosi-Ketu, with the program kicking off at 10:00 AM.

“This rally is more than just a political gathering, it is a celebration of our collective vision for progress, people-focused governance, and inclusive development across Kosofe Local Government and the LCDAs under it,” Hon. Yeye Olusanya stated.

The APC candidates for Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Councillors from all three local councils will be formally presented to the public at the event, as the party flags off its major campaign activities.

Hon. Olusanya emphasized the importance of unity and team spirit among party members and supporters as they approach the elections, reiterating that the APC remains committed to delivering visible development and effective leadership at the grassroots level.

“Our candidates are ready, our vision is clear, and our people are the priority. We are set to take the message of renewed development and continuity to every street, every ward, and every household. Let us do it again together,” she added.

She noted that the significance of galvanizing support for the three APC Chairmanship, Vice Chairmanship candidates and Councillors cannot be overstated, as it reflects the party’s strategic commitment to continuity, competence, and grassroots empowerment.

The Chairmanship candidates and their deputies include Hon. Dele Oshinowo and Hon. Biliaminu Samson for Agboyi-Ketu LCDA; Princess Samiat Bada and Hon. Luqman Olanrewaju for Ikosi-Isheri LCDA; and Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe and Hon. Mukaila Adisa for Kosofe Local Government.
