President Bola Ahmed Tinubu earlier today announced the appointment of Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila as Chief of Staff, laying to rest uncertainties surrounding the rumored appointment.
Also in the statement in Abuja, Sen. Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, was announced as the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS).
This news medium reports that the President also named former Governor of Benue State and immediate past Minister of Special Duties, George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).
With these appointments, the President is no doubt ready to hit the ground running to deliver the renewed hope mandate.
