Senator Abiru Mourns with K1 De Ultimate Over Mother’s Passing at 105.

kakalistiq.com reports that the Lagos East Senatorial District representative, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, has expressed his condolences to renowned fuji musician and cultural ambassador, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (K1 De Ultimate), following the loss of his mother, Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe, who passed away on Saturday at the age of 105.

In a statement issued in Lagos by his media aide, Mr. Enitan Olukotun, Senator Abiru described the late matriarch’s passing as a significant loss, urging K1 De Ultimate and the Anifowoshe family to take comfort in her legacy of grace and service to humanity.

“On behalf of my family and the good people of the Lagos East Senatorial District, I extend my heartfelt condolences to Nigeria’s music icon and cultural ambassador, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, on the passing of his beloved mother, Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe,” the senator said.

He emphasized the profound emotional impact of losing a mother, acknowledging the strong bond between K1 De Ultimate and his late mother. “The loss of a mother is an irreplaceable void, and my thoughts are with K1 De Ultimate and the entire Anifowoshe family during this profoundly difficult time. Alhaja Halima Shadiya was a matriarch whose life reflected grace, love, and unwavering commitment to her family and community,” he stated.

Reflecting on K1 De Ultimate’s devotion, Senator Abiru remarked, “Your immeasurable love and devotion to your mother during her lifetime were evident to all. Her transition is undoubtedly a deeply emotional moment, but I urge you to find solace in the remarkable life she lived and the values she instilled in you.”

The senator concluded by offering prayers for the late Alhaja Halima Shadiya. “As you and your family mourn this irreplaceable loss, I pray that Almighty Allah grants her Al-Jannah Firdaus and provides you with the fortitude to bear this loss. May her soul find eternal peace, Ameen. Once again, my deepest condolences to you, the entire Anifowoshe family,” the statement read.
