Tagged “An Evening with Influential Personality in Epe Division,” MD Hassan, in his engaging opening speech, revealed that the purpose of the session was to collaboratively discuss the progress and development of the Epe Division. The goal is to provide clarity on the roles of representatives, establish benchmarks, motivate them to strive harder, encourage the sharing of success stories, and openly address challenges for collective problem-solving.

Inspired by the operational model of local governments in the USA, he delved into studying grassroots governance in Europe and Africa, fueled by the potential of the Ibeju-Lekki Free Trade Zone to position Epe Division as an economic powerhouse.
In recounting his political journey, Hon. Olowa highlighted strategic planning and youth mobilization via social media as key components of his successful 2021 political campaign. He emphasized the absence of pledges or financial entanglements with political leaders, attributing his victory to the right strategies and robust support from friends, associates, and party leadership.
Transitioning into governance, Hon. Olowa outlined a commitment to the Blue Ocean strategy, focusing on transformative leadership and effecting changes from the grassroots upward. Bridging the educational gap in Ibeju-Lekki, he described initiatives such as sponsoring pupils for the Federal Common Entrance Examinations and activating a weekly lecture program for science students at PAN Atlantic University as effective.
